Michael Boyd has traded statistical arbitrage strategies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia and has also worked for market makers as well as on the NYSE floor. He was one of the first traders to help develop and then use trading algorithms while at Paloma/Thales and has since seen the "algo business" explode.
